LAFPP is proud to present our 2025 Annual Report.  This comprehensive report provides 
key information for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, including the Department’s 
budget summary, asset allocation, investment performance, actuarial results, and detailed 
statistical data. 
In addition, the report highlights significant milestones since the Plan’s inception and 
includes a summary of benefits and other important plan provisions, making it a valuable 
reference resource for members across all Tiers. 
The 2025 Annual Report and the 2025 Condensed Annual Report are both available on 
our website, lafpp.lacity.gov.

REVIEW YOUR  
MONTHLY PENSION STATEMENT 
It is important that you regularly review your monthly pension statement. 
By reviewing your statement each month, you can:
• Confirm that the correct pension amount has been credited to your bank account;
• Monitor any deductions or adjustments;
• Verify your personal and direct deposit banking information; and
• Identify and report any discrepancies promptly.
For questions or to report a discrepancy in your pension statement, please contact Retirement 
Services at (213) 279-3125 as soon as possible so we can assist you.

UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS WITH LAFPP
If you recently moved, please note that LAFPP correspondence mailed to you will not be 
forwarded to your new address. All correspondence sent to your previous address will be 
returned to LAFPP.
To avoid delays or disruptions in receiving LAFPP information, including information about 
your Direct Deposit, it is important that you update your mailing address promptly. Keeping 
your contact information current ensures that all correspondence is mailed to the correct 
address.
Please notify LAFPP as soon as possible if your mailing address changes by contacting 
Retirement Services at (213) 279-3125. If you need to update your mailing address, 
please download the Change of Address Form found on our website at lafpp.lacity.gov.
